Our program provides teenage girls with essential items like hygiene products, school supplies, and educational materials, as well as resources for mental health and wellness. The goal is to support their daily needs, promote self-care, and enhance overall well-being.
Rising Queens Essential Kit
We provide teenage girls with essential care and empowerment kits containing menstrual hygiene products, personal-care items, school supplies, books, educational resources, and other items that support their needs.
Depending on available donations and individual needs, kits may also include tablets or iPads to support learning and digital access. These kits promote health, hygiene, education, confidence, and well-being while helping girls feel supported, prepared, and empowered to pursue their goals.
Girls Mental Health Support
We offer access to stress-relief tools, mindfulness activities, counseling, support groups, and awareness events specifically for girls to build a supportive community.
